High efficiency Organoclay Rheological Additive modified from Sodium bentonite clay powder.When Organophilic clay is incorporated into paints formulations,provides reproducible rheology characteristics, following benefits,perfect thickening ability,high thixotropy,good suspension and pigment sag resistance etc.

 CP-EZ is a kind of organo clay rheological additive.  Especially it is recommended to be applied in medium polarity and high polarity system including aromatic and aliphatic solvent.

Organoclay Rheological Additive Storage

Organoclay Rheological Additive CP-EZ Store in a dry, well-ventilated area with temperature of 0℃-30℃.  Keep container closed. The quality guarantee period is 24 months.

Organoclay Rheological Additive Using

CP-EZ can be added directly in powder under high shear condition. The addition is recommended to be before grinding procedure to get the best effectiveness. Addition level is commonly 0.2%~1.0%. In low polarity system such as mineral spirit, if polar activator is added, better efficiency can be achieved.

Dosage of polar activator is suggested to be 10%-20% of CP-EZ by weigh

Packing size:  25kg/bag ,50lb/bag, 600kg/bag or customized.

15MT/20FCL with pallet, 18MT/20FCL without pallet,  25.2MT/40FCL with pallet.

The delivery date is 7 to 10 days after receiving deposit.
