  1. Regularly check the steering of the motor. First remove the vibrator shroud and check that the eccentric block rotation of both motors is rotating outward. Secondly, if the steering is wrong, please replace any two phase lines in the power supply box of the electric control box. The wrong way one (two motors rotate inward), although it can also remove the cuttings outward, but the speed is slow; the wrong way two (two motors rotate in the same direction), the vibration force is very small, basically no sand and no mud .
  2. The mesh number is unreasonable. Due to the rapid drilling of the surface layer, a large amount of solid phase is generated to occupy an effective screen area, so the vibrating screen cannot use a fine screen in the shallow section. Therefore, a larger mesh screen should be used at the beginning of the drilling, and as the drilling depth increases, a finer screen is gradually adopted.
  3. The formation and mud conditions affect the treatment volume. Since the drug added in the drilling fluid is not fully dissolved, the paste is on the screen, and severe slurry running occurs. The drug should be used after it has been fully dissolved, or a larger mesh screen is used. Another case, when the drill loose sand or sandstone-containinglayer, a mesh sand easily stuck in the hole, resulting in the screen blocking phenomenon. Therefore, several different mesh screens are tested to reduce the screening phenomenon.
  4. Check the amplitude of the vibrating screen. The larger the vibration amplitude, the larger the processing capacity is. The vibration force is adjusted to 90% at the factory. If there is a running condition, the inner and outer eccentric block angles can be aligned, and the vibration force is 100%. (At this time, the amount of mud processed is only increased by about 15%)
  5. Check if the flow distribution is reasonable on the screen frame. The vibrating screen of the hook-and-side screen structure has a lower screen surface than the middle, and the mud easily flows to both sides and runs away. It should ensure that the mud enters the screen frame from the middle. At this point, two options are available. First, adjust the front spring seat, properly raise the angle of the front part of the screen box; second, adjust the position of the inversion plate of the extension groove to control the flow distribution.
