Organoclay: CP-982

High temperature Tolearance Organoclay Rheological Additive made by calcium modified bentonite clay powder, has high purity,good suspension, high yield point and little filtrate volume performance. Organophilic clay is used to drilling mud as the viscosifier.

Organophilic Clay is a moderate temperature performance amine-treated Bentonite. It is a cost-effective product, particularly in all-oil, invert diesel fluids, where sufficient shear is available to achieve full dispersion. Bentonite montmorillonite clay CP-982 viscosifier is used to increase carrying capacity and suspension properties, providing support for weight materials and improved cutting removal.
